Join us for the new Torero Tailgate! This year’s tailgate will be a fun, free-flowing experience with music, games, access to a variety of food trucks and other special surprises. Come together with alumni and connect with students, parents, faculty, staff, and friends. Torero Tailgate will be hosted in two locations – Eagan Plaza and the Vistas Parking Lot.
There is no admission fee to enter either location or to participate in game-day festivities. Highlights include a USD Spirit Zone, Kids Corner, Live DJ, photo booth, swag sales, student activities area and an array of delicious food trucks, beverage and beer offerings available for purchase. Tables will be available on a first come first serve basis.
For USD Basketball fans, a special open practice showcasing the USD Men's Basketball team will start at 11:00 a.m. We will also welcome back USD Women's Basketball alumni to play in a friendly scrimmage at 12:30 p.m. both teams will take the floor in the Jenny Craig Pavilion. There will be a special “seat selection” opportunity for season ticket purchases. All alumni and guests welcome.
Torero Tailgate welcomes fans of all ages. ID check required for all to purchase alcohol. Event complimentary, RSVP appreciated.

The USD Torero football team will take on Marist for a Homecoming game not to be missed. The Coca-Cola Half-Time program will feature Alumni Honors recipients and other fun activities! Purchase your tickets now to avoid the game day rush. Beer is available for those who are 21+ years of age and present a photo ID.
Football tickets will be sold online at a discounted rate until October 4th. Tickets will also be sold at the Jenny Craig Pavilion ticket office at full price on game day.

Golden Toreros 50th Class Dinner with the President

Celebrate your 50th Reunion with USD President James T. Harris III, DEd, and receive your medallion as you are inducted into the Golden Toreros. Golden Toreros are undergraduate alumni who have surpassed their 50th Reunion. This includes attendees from the classes of 1955 through 1969. Induction will include all alumni from these classes who have not yet been inducted. Park in the School of Law Lot.
