Homecoming and Family WeekEND is a Torero experience for the whole family.
Attendees enjoy the opportunity to connect with USD and fellow alumni, students, families and friends through the many events offered throughout the week at USD’s beautiful Alcalá Park.
Degheri Alumni Center Courtyard
This ceremony honors the legacy of students who have followed in the footsteps of their Torero parents and family members. Torero legacies will receive a commemorative pin and a family photograph.

The golden leaves of time have turned… The class of 1973 will celebrate their 50th reunion with President Harris and Golden Toreros of years past at a harvest inspired dinner at La Gran Terraza, USD’s on campus restaurant. Newly inducted Golden Toreros will receive a special medallion to commemorate their enduring connection to USD!

Say goodbye to the old Outdoor Adventures office space and learn about the future location plans. Come relive your OA memories and meet our current staff and students! Step into the sacred Founders Chapel for a heartfelt conclusion to this special weekend: Alumni and Family Mass. In Torero tradition, we will honor the 50th reunion of the Class of 1973 (our newest Golden Toreros) with a class processional and recognize the recipient of the Torero Parent/Family of the Year award. A light reception will follow in the Ministry Center.
