Tres Conrique ’03 (MSEL)
President, Rancho Santa Fe Technology, Inc.

Trestand “Tres” Conrique founded Rancho Santa Fe Technology, Inc., in October 1991. Rancho Santa Fe Technology, Inc., helps companies leverage technology to increase revenue, decrease costs and optimize overhead investment. Headquartered in San Diego, the company also has offices in Alameda, Calif., and Tempe, Ariz., and serves clients in 13 western states.

Before establishing Rancho Santa Fe Technology, Conrique served as manager of communications sales for Compel Corporation, a western region electrical contractor focused on providing design and construction services for data centers. Previously, he served as president of Interconnect Solutions Incorporated.

Conrique earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accountancy from National University and a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego. Since graduating, he has remained active at USD.

He is an adjunct faculty member of the School of Business Administration. He has been a member of the SBA Board of Advisors since 2006 and currently serves as its chair. Conrique also serves on the advisory board for USD’s Center for Christian Spirituality.

Conrique is on the board of directors for the California State University San Marcos Foundation and the Ocean Discovery Institute. He also participated in the founding of the East Bay Leadership Foundation in 2001 and the Pine Creek Foundation in 2002. He continues to serve on the board of directors of the Pine Creek Foundation.

Conrique is a past member of the University San Diego’s MSEL curriculum committee and a former member of the board of directors of Junior Achievement of San Diego and Imperial Counties and Junior Achievement of San Francisco and San Mateo Counties. He also is a former member of the board of directors for the California State University San Marcos Trust and Entrepreneurial Management Center Advisory Board at San Diego State University.
